Heimdall manufactures some of the world’s most advanced industrial tower light systems. When preparing to launch their latest model, they faced a common challenge in high-tech manufacturing: the physical prototype was heavily marked and unsuitable for marketing, yet they needed to generate a professional, polished campaign ahead of full-scale production.

 

 


The Challenge

Heimdall wanted to introduce their latest tower light model to the market before manufacturing had even begun. The physical prototype could not be used for photography or marketing materials due to balance marks, surface imperfections, and unfinished elements. The challenge was to create marketing assets that conveyed:

• Technical accuracy and trustworthiness (technical illustration)
• High-quality, aspirational presentation (high-quality CGI studio)
• Realistic deployment in real-world environments (industrial CGI)

All within a tight timeframe to coincide with the product launch.

Our Approach

Redhound leveraged Heimdall’s CAD data and pre-selected color palettes to create a forensically accurate 3D visualisation of the tower light. Using this model, we delivered a full suite of marketing assets, including:

• High-impact composite images showing the tower light deployed in real-world industrial settings
• Studio-quality renders for general marketing use, maintaining consistency and polish across all materials (photorealistic rendering)
• Aspirational animation demonstrating key features, such as the four-station LED array and automatic hydraulic leg deployment (CGI animation)

This approach positioned the tower light as a high-tech, refined product rather than just heavy industrial equipment — creating a professional, trustworthy first impression for customers.

The Results

All marketing assets were delivered within just 10 weeks, ahead of production. The results spoke for themselves:

• A fully professional and consistent marketing campaign launched in time for the product rollout
• Orders began coming in as production ramped up, demonstrating the impact of CGI on market perception and sales
• High-quality, reusable visual assets for future campaigns and product updates
