Consultation and Brief

This is the most important part of the whole process. You tell us what you need and why.  We’ll need to see any images, sketches, layouts, technical drawings, mood-boards, CAD files, photographs and videos that you may have.

We will provide you with a return brief along with itemised deliverables.

Plan and costings

Once we have agreed the brief, we will produce a schedule of work, including costings. This will form our contract and will include key milestones and finish dates for your project.

Updates

Between us we will agree how and when updates will be provided: this can be weekly, bi-weekly, written or verbal and if required, in person.

Completion and Delivery
The completed work can be delivered to you via email, Yousendit, Dropbox, FTP server, post or courier, and can be on disk, data stick or other media. We will also retain all of the data generated on the project free of charge, in the event of future changes being required.

Follow Up

We will provide a post live or project completion follow up with you.  We will provide free amends to your final project – in line with the original agreed brief.
